4-Hour Cultural Competency and Implicit Bias (KS)

This course is designed to provide real estate professionals with the tools needed to minimize the impact of  implicit bias and successfully work with clients and customers from a variety of backgrounds. As part of the 22.5 hours of continuing education required to renew a license in New York, salespersons and brokers must complete at least 2 hours of cultural competency and 2 hours of implicit bias awareness training. This 4-hour course meets both new requirements.
